This Privacy Policy describes the limited information our service collects when you use the website (https://freenode.biz) or any of its subscription endpoints — the Free V2Ray Config List, the Clash YAML feed, the SSR / VLESS / VMess / Trojan / Shadowsocks / Hysteria2 node URIs, RSS, IndexNow, and the country / protocol / clients pages. By using our service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Information We Collect · 我们收集的信息
- IP Address: Your IP is briefly visible to our edge / serverless layer (Vercel) and to the Supabase Postgres backend when your client requests subscription data. We do not persist IP addresses to a profile and do not link them to a user identity (we have no login system).
- Usage Telemetry: Vercel Analytics records anonymized, aggregated page-view counts (bot-filtered, not tied to IP). This helps us see which country / protocol / client pages actually get traffic. No cross-site tracking is performed.
- Local Theme & Language Preference: We store your preferred theme (light/dark) and UI language in your browser's
localStorage. These never leave your device. - Feedback / Comments: If you click 👍 / 👎 on a node or post a comment under "Admin's Own Nodes" (站长自购), we record that reaction or comment text along with a hashed daily fingerprint (used to prevent rapid-fire spam) — but no email, account, or identifying info.
What We Don't Collect · 我们不收集的信息
- No account, email, phone number, or social-login data.
- No proxy traffic. We do not run the upstream V2Ray / Clash / Trojan / Shadowsocks / Hysteria2 servers; subscription URLs point to third-party operators and your encrypted traffic flows directly between your client and those operators — never through FreeNodeBiz.
- No third-party advertising trackers, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel.
How We Use Information · 信息用途
- Service operation: Serve the Free V2Ray Config List, Clash YAML, country / protocol / clients pages.
- Abuse prevention: Brief IP rate-limiting + hash-based daily fingerprinting on the feedback endpoint.
- Improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage stats inform which country / protocol pages we expand next.
Sharing of Information · 信息分享
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your IP address or any other data to outside parties. We may share a minimal set of data with our infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the Postgres database, Cloudflare for DNS / CDN) only to operate the service. We may disclose information if required to do so by valid legal process.
Data Security & Retention · 数据安全与留存
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures — TLS-only transport, scoped database keys, no plaintext logs — to protect data from unauthorized access. We retain feedback comments and rate-limit fingerprints only as long as necessary; raw IP addresses in request logs are kept by infrastructure providers under their own retention windows.
Your Rights · 你的权利
You may request deletion of any feedback comment you posted by contacting us via Telegram. Because we store no email or account, we cannot identify "your" data without you telling us which comment is yours.
