Routing decides whether each connection goes through a proxy, connects directly, or is rejected. You can match by domain, IP, keyword, or use GeoIP / GeoSite databases for smart splitting. Rules are evaluated top-to-bottom, and you can reorder them to cover complex scenarios.

First confirm the node link is valid and the server is online. Common causes:

• The server may be offline or overloaded — try a different node.
• The node link may have expired — get a fresh one from your provider.
• Check your device date & time — TLS requires an accurate clock.
• Some networks block proxy traffic — try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular.

Frequent disconnections are usually caused by an unstable or overloaded node. Try switching to a lower-latency node (use the latency test), check your network stability, and disable Low Power Mode — it can terminate background VPN connections.

No. Orbit X does not collect, store, or transmit your browsing activity or personal data. The connection log and statistics stay on your device and require no account. All proxying runs locally through Apple's NetworkExtension framework.
